What the columns mean
Cores and Threads count physical cores and simultaneous threads. On Intel's hybrid chips (12th generation and later) cores include both performance and efficiency cores. Boost is the maximum single-core turbo clock the manufacturer lists. Socket tells you which motherboards fit. TDP is the rated base power (Intel's processor base power on newer chips), and Launch price is the suggested price in US dollars at launch (Intel quotes a price per 1,000 units).
